Welcome to our private Sound Healing, Energy Healing, and Crystal Light Bed Therapy session. We begin this session with a sound bowl massage, allowing the soothing vibrations of Himalayan bowls to calm your body and nervous system. As the bowls are gently placed on and around your body, their vibrational frequencies lift emotional heaviness, relax muscles, and induce a state of profound tranquility. The sound healing leaves you feeling energetically lighter, while your aura is cleared and refreshed. Please note that you will be fully clothed during this session, and it is not a hands-on massage. Once your body and mind are in a relaxed state, we move on to the energy work. You have the choice between Reiki Energy Healing or Holy Spirit Healing with Jesus. Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine that involves the transfer of universal energy through the practitioner's palms to promote emotional and physical healing. Holy Spirit Energy Healing involves prayers and invoking the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ to intervene and bring wholeness to all aspects of your life. To conclude this holistic experience, you will be bathed in restorative energies and colors with the Crystal Light Bed. This non-intrusive therapy combines the benefits of color, light, and crystal therapies. As colored light shines through each crystal, your chakras are balanced, cleansed, and aligned, allowing your body's natural healing mechanisms to function optimally. This promotes deep relaxation, empowerment, balance, and inner peace. The result is a peaceful, relaxing, and restorative experience that leaves you feeling recharged and rejuvenated.
