This is a one-hour Sound Bath where only Crystal Singing Bowls and chimes are played. Kelly Kelita uses 432hz (a solfeggio frequency that has been proven to be a healing frequency since it reduces anxiety, lowers the heart rate, and blood pressure.) perfect pitch singing bowls, that will create an incredible number of vibrational frequencies.
