Enchanted Forest Shamanic Sound Bath

Infuse yourself with nature as you partake in a journey of meditation and relaxation. We will journey through the forest listening to the sounds of birds, crickets, and sacred sound instruments!  The ambiance of the room will be filled with fairy lights, birch trees and lit up forest animals.

We will be lying down inviting the spirit of the drum, rattle and sacred sound instruments to take us where we need to go in order to connect with what we are meant to experience.  The blend of mystical and shamanic rhythms invites you to take a journey into the deepest parts of yourself, connect, innovate, and ultimately transform.  No experience necessary.  Experienced journeyers welcome.

Based on Ancient healing techniques, vibrations from sacred sound instruments work on a cellular level to shift the mind, body and spirit.  These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, allowing you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.  A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and spirit!

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
