Infuse yourself with nature as you partake in a journey of meditation and relaxation. We will journey through the forest listening to the sounds of birds, crickets, and sacred sound instruments! The ambiance of the room will be filled with fairy lights, birch trees and lit up forest animals.. The sound bath will begin with a complimentary sample of CBD, sage and palo santo cleansing (misting spray, not smoke) followed by a guided meditation during your sound bath.
Journey to the sound of the deep drum beat, shamanic rattles, bowls and ground down like the roots of a tree with the deep Earth gong.
