The Autumn Equinox is a powerful time to tune into gratitude, reflection and to prepare for winter where the beautiful opportunity to journey inward emerges from the cold and dark. Things are slowing down. The leaves are changing colors and trees are shedding what they no longer need. The same is happening for you. You’re changing and releasing things you no longer need as you progress into the end of the year. With he Autumn Equinox, it’s a beautiful time to honor how far you’ve come and return to balance and presence before continuing onward in the journey through life.

Journey with the changes of earth and within yourself with the beat of the drums. Let the sounds and vibrations or the Tibetan bowls serenade you into deep relaxation. Lastly let the sound of creation shed what is no longer serving you, as the deep sound vibrations of the gong wash it all away. This is a time of letting go of feelings and emotions that are resistant and no longer needed in your life.

Let the ambiance of lights, lanterns, pumpkins give you the warm feel of fall.  Enjoy a cup of apple cider and aromatherapy scents of fall in the air.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked 3 minutes after class start time for safety.

· Please bring your own blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

IN-STUDIO GUIDLINES:

· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.

· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.

· Please expect to be barefoot during class

· NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & RSVP ACCEPTANCE - ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK:

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
