This inviting and nurturing Sound Bath experience is designed to promote relaxation, emotional well-being, and self-love through the power of sound.
During this sound bath, you'll be immersed in the soothing and therapeutic sounds of a variety of instruments, including crystal and metal bowls, chimes, and other percussion. These instruments are carefully selected for their ability to create a calming and harmonious environment, perfect for heart healing and fostering a sense of self-love.
As you settle into the space, you'll find a comfortable spot either on a mat or cocooned in a hammock. Here, you can relax fully and let the gentle waves of sound wash over you. The experience is designed to be non-intrusive and comfortable, requiring no direct physical interaction. You'll remain fully clothed and in a safe, secure setting throughout the session.
This sound bath is an opportunity to step away from the stresses of daily life and give yourself the gift of relaxation and self-care. It's a chance to focus on your emotional well-being, release any blockages, and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of tranquility and peace.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyones safety.

· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.
· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.
· Please expect to be barefoot during class
· NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.
· Pre-registration required (no drop-ins) no refunds.
