Relax in a hammock during this fall inspired sound bath as earthy rhythms and natural instruments fill the room. Seed chimes will echo leaves moving in the breeze while drums, rattles, gongs, and singing bowls create a grounding atmosphere with a shamanic feel. The steady drumbeat and layers of sound will help quiet your mind, release tension, and leave you feeling peaceful, lighter, and renewed.
