Lay back, settle in & snuggle up for the amazing Sound Bath journey that will help reduce stress & anxiety, allowing you to peacefully relax.  

Join Kelly Kelita in her dreamy zen den for a hypnotic singing bowl sound bath.  This is a one hour Sound Bath where 35 Tibetan singing bowls will be played and also placed on each person's solar plexus allowing sound waves to travel through the body for deeper relaxation.  Crystal Singing Bowls will be blended with Tibetan Singing Bowls creating zen like sounds leading you deeper into relaxation. Binaural beat music (brain wave therapy music) will be played in the background to take you even deeper into a journey.  The candlelight glow ambiance and aromatherapy alone will assist in melting the stress away......along with the singing bowls....you just might float away!

Sound acts directly on the nervous system by shifting the body out of sympathetic mode (fight or flight) and into parasympathetic mode (rest and digest), which activates the body's natural healing mechanisms.  Benefits of a Sound Bath include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
