Ladies Night - Sip & Sound

We will begin this special evening with a 1 hour sound bath in a room filled with colorful lights and aromatherapy scents.

Vibrations from sacred sound instruments work on a cellular level to shift the mind, body and spirit.  These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, allowing you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.  A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and spirit!

After our sound bath, we will be giving out a glass of red wine, dark chocolate and play some fun mantra music.  This will be a fun, relaxing and good vibe night! (must be 21+ to attend this event)

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked 3 minutes after class start time for safety.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
