For 75 captivating minutes, immerse yourself in the ethereal tones of Tibetan singing bowls played to create a symphony of relaxation. A delicate fusion of Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls will caress your senses, leading you on a path deeper into relaxation.

But the harmony doesn't stop there – you'll be enchanted by the resonant gong, the gentle serenade of various chimes, the enchanting notes of the handpan, and the gentle rhythm of other percussion instruments. IN-STUDIO GUIDELINES:

**A yoga mat is provided but blankets and pillows are not**

· Please bring a pillow, blanket and anything you need to get comfortable while relaxing on the floor.
