Join Sound Healer Ed Russel on a journey into deep earth with the vibrations of the Didgeridoo, singing bowls and more sacred instruments.

When we are connected to the Earth's energy our body, mind and souls are in sync with life, wellness and mother nature.

Experience deep relaxation and healing with the ancient sounds and vibrations of the Australian didgeridoo. It links the listener directly to the Earth with its low, grounding drones and is the perfect aid to meditation, journeying or just relaxation.  The vibrations of the didge helps to release muscular aches and pains while the low frequency range entrains the brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation.  You will continue on this healing journey allowing ancient Tibetan bowls to flow through you, allowing yourself to become more connected like roots from a tree deep into the heart of the Earth.  Reclaim all aspects of yourself with love, compassion and gratitude.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyone’s safety. 

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
