Join Health Coach Sarah Bilovesick and Sound Healer Kelly Kelita for a uniquely journey with the spirit of plant medicine and divine sound!

Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, heart healing medicine that can help bring clarity where we are feeling unclear, focus where we are feeling scattered and clearing where we are stagnated and stuck.  In this ceremony, we drink warm cacao (similar to a more bitter hot chocolate). This cacao plant medicine helps us access realms that are often unavailable to us when we are too caught up in the mind and enables connection with the subconscious realms where deep seated healing can take place.  With Cacao we drop down from the head into the heart! The Spirit of Cacao intensifies the sound journey with increased oxygen, awareness and the release of “bliss” chemicals within the body.  Guests will be empowered to reach a highly relaxed state of consciousness from the transcendental sounds, as the cacao helps to allow the energetic process to unfold with connections to sensations, emotions and the feeling of expansion.  This higher state is where you are able to access your own innate healing abilities and effectively to bring yourself back into optimal vibrational alignment!

CONSIDERATIONS:  It is safe to drink Cacao, however Cacao is not suitable for anyone with chocolate or nut allergies, caffine sensitivity, heart conditions or anyone taking SSRI anti-depressant medication. Please don't drink coffee beforehand as the cacao contains caffeine and please make sure you had a snack beforehand.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for safety.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
