This will be a special event that will warm your heart.  If you love dogs, then this is the event for you.  Kelly Kelita's dog Cookie Bear has been struggling the last month with some health issues.  Cookie loves sound healing and also loves people....this event will help her on her own healing journey.  She is a well behaved little pooch and falls into deep relaxation during sound bath sessions.   This soothing sunday will bring you joy and relaxation.

Based on Ancient healing techniques, vibrations from sacred sound instruments work on a cellular level to shift the mind, body and spirit.  These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, allowing you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.  A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and spirit!

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked 3 minutes after class start time for safety.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
