Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ is a powerful meditation technique that helps us learn how to let go, heal and accelerate self-transformation. Through this effortless process, we are empowered to let go of limiting beliefs, create new patterns of behavior and move towards greater emotional balance.
You will also experience the profound power of sound in this practice. Based on Ancient healing techniques, vibrations from sacred sound instruments work on a cellular level to shift the mind, body and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, allowing you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.
What you need for this experience:
1. A phone or laptop.
2. A quiet space where you can comfortably sit or lay down and relax.
3. Headphones will enhance the sound bath experience.
5. An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch!
6. Your favorite crystals, sacred objects, or candles to create a peaceful and healing atmosphere
