Based on Ancient healing techniques, vibrations from sacred sound instruments work on a cellular level to shift the mind, body and spirit.  These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, allowing you to fall into a state of deep relaxation, while opening up the body's natural healing pathways.  A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and spirit!

· Deepening of the meditation experience · Heightened perceptions and sensations in the body

· Feeling more centered and balanced within

· Deep profound relaxation

· An enhanced sense of wellness

· Release of blocked emotions
