Join Sound Healer Ed Russel as he takes you on an inward healing journey with the vibrations of the Didgeridoo, singing bowls and more sacred instruments.
Ease your mind, focus on health and let the mediative sounds bring you back into balance. Ed will start this sound bath by placing a singing bowl on each guest. Then, lying in a relaxed position, you will experience theta brainwave frequencies that heighten your intuition, reduce stress, improve your mood, stimulate your immune system, and bring you into a deep state of relaxation.
