Surrendering to the sounds of the sacred sounds will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace. You will emerge from this journey feeling lighter, more in balance and rejuvenated. This is not just an auditory experience, it’s like receiving a high frequency sound massage for the mind, body, & spirit.

Participants lay on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) or comfortable seating position, letting the waves of sound washes over them. So please wear comfortable clothing and bring mat, pillows and blankets if you choose. Anybody who feels called for it is welcome!
