Floating Cosmic Sound Bath

Join Sound Healer & Reiki Master Kelly Kelita for an epic Floating Cosmic Sound Bath® Journey that will be infused with Reiki energy while also being cocooned inside a yoga hammock.  We will have therapeutic essential oils diffused to bring you deeper into bliss.

Immerse yourself in the vibrations and resonance of a wide array of sacred healing instruments creating a healing vortex as you float through the cosmos.

Fall into a state of deep relaxation while opening up the body’s natural healing pathways. Surrendering to the sounds will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace. You will emerge from this journey feeling lighter, more in balance and rejuvenated. This is not just an auditory experience, it’s like receiving a high frequency sound massage for the mind, body, & spirit.

In-Studio Guidelines

· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution. · Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic. · Please expect to be barefoot during class · NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry. · Pre-registration required (no drop-ins) with a strict 12-hour cancelation window.

· Please do not attend if you have a fever, any illness symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked 5 minutes after class start time

· Bring your own props and towels. We will not be offering shared props. · We will continue to adhere to a strict cleaning and disinfecting schedule. We thank you for doing your part to keep our community healthy and safe!

By RSVPing to this event you acknowledge that you are attending this in person event at your own risk. You MUST bring your own props/mat/blankets, studio supplies will not be available. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Masks are not required, but you are welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable. Spacing is not at 6' apart but as staggered as possible. Attend at your own risk and with your own comfort.
