Infuse yourself with nature as you partake in a journey of meditation and relaxation. We will journey through the forest listening to the sounds of birds, crickets, and sacred sound instruments!  The ambiance of the room will be filled with fairy lights, birch trees and lit up forest animals.  The sound bath will begin with a sage and palo santo cleansing (misting spray, not smoke) followed by the wounderous sounds of nature.
