A deep grounding vibrational sound bath with the sounds of the earth gong, drum and sound bowls.
Infuse yourself with nature as you partake in a journey of meditation and relaxation. We will journey through the forest listening to the sounds of crickets, owls and sacred sound instruments! The ambiance of the room will be filled with fairy lights, birch trees and lit up forest animals.
Fall into a state of deep relaxation while opening up the body’s natural healing pathways. Surrendering to the sounds will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace.
