Join Certified Clinical Musician Margaret Germain & Sound Practitioner Jamie on a therapeutic musical journey!

You will begin this journey by setting an intention for healing and peace by listening to sacred songs accompanied by the sweet resonance of the Harmonium.  Then you will relax to the wondrous healing sounds of the Celtic & Therapy Harps, woven together with the deep vibrations of Crystal Bowls.

The gentle and powerful sound vibrations of the harp will resonate through your body at a cellular level.  A powerful sound tapestry of ethereal music!

About Margaret & Jamie

 

Margaret is a Certified Clinical Musician, CCM, and Certified Sound Healer. She specializes in playing gentle therapeutic harp music. For this special and beautiful program, she draws on her experience as a Therapeutic Musician for patients in care centers and her years of playing harp at spiritual centers, churches and synagogues. She also has a strong calling to using healing harp music through her own experience in healing herself by gently playing her harp. Margaret now plays for your healing, relaxation, and enjoyment. She is joined by her husband, Jamie Besterfield, who brings his own healing energy and spiritual background to the sessions. Together, they play multiple harps and crystal bowls with other compatible instruments and sing healing songs and mantras with harmonium in beautiful harmony to create a soothing “sound bath” designed to uplift and focus healing energy.

It has been proven through clinical studies in the medical and psychological fields that sound can help improve healing, depression, anxiety, memory and other physical and mental conditions. Harp therapy is especially powerful in reducing stress and anxiety.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyone’s safety. 

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
