New Moon Float Sound Bath

The New Moon is a powerful time to set intentions, recharge goals, plant seeds, become more focused, and create space for new ideas and beginnings.  We will begin this sound bath by first writing down our intention to focus on.  We will place our written intentions into a quartz crystal singing bowl to amplify our intentions with frequencies and new moon energy.

The sound vibrations create changes on a cellular level, restoring the body back to a harmonized frequency. The benefits include deep relaxation, a sense of peace in the body and mind, improved sleep, heightened awareness, clarity of mind, enhanced creativity and calming of the entire nervous system. Many people have profound spiritual, emotional, and physical experiences. Through the vibrations of these instruments, we experience Alpha and Theta brainwave entrainment, along with an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to journey and center within. All this while relaxing in your own private hammock.

· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.

· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.

· Please expect to be barefoot during class

· NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.
