Reiki Infused Cosmic Sound Bath + CBD

****This is a lying down (savasana), comfy event! Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to make yourself comfortable! Props will NOT be available at the studio for safety precautions, please do not forget to bring your props!****

Release the burden of tension & stress. Come back to your natural state of being, feeling balanced and refreshed. For this event we will be generously donating THC-Free CBD for you to enjoy (if you choose to) as part of this Sound bath Experience. CBD enhances healing and a sense of well-being, with no high. We will also have warm cacao (similar to a more bitter hot chocolate) available if you like. Cacao is a plant that helps us connect to the heart, help move stagnant energy or blocked emotions, inspire creativity, and assist in giving us clarity. To add to this special evening of magic, you will be given a free crystal to meditate with and bring your energized crystal home with you.

Kelly Kelita will then perform a reiki infused sound bath where you will fall into a state of deep relaxation while opening up the body’s natural healing pathways. Surrendering to the sounds will assist in releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace. You will emerge from this journey feeling lighter, more in balance and rejuvenated. This is not just an auditory experience, it’s like receiving a high frequency sound massage for the mind, body, & spirit.

Doors open 30 min. before start time (7:00pm). Please arrive at least 15 mins before start time to check in and get settled.

No late admittance - door will lock at 7:00pm sharp (no refunds if you do not arrive on time).

You MUST bring your own props/mat/blankets, studio supplies will not be available. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Masks are not required, but you are welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable. Spacing is not at 6' apart but as staggered as possible. Attend at your own risk and with your own comfort.
