Lay back, settle in & snuggle up for the amazing Sound Bath journey that will help reduce stress & anxiety, allowing you to peacefully relax.  

Immerse yourself in beautiful sounds and vibrations that will help ease your body, mind and spirit.  A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience that assists with healing and self-discovery. Sound has profound effects on our nervous system – helping to turn on our parasympathetic nervous system which is our relaxation response. 

Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations. Every organ and every cell in our body vibrates at a particular frequency. This is not just an auditory experience, it’s like receiving a high frequency sound massage for the mind, body, & spirit. You will emerge from this journey feeling lighter, more in balance and rejuvenated.

· Pre-registration required (no drop-ins) no refunds.

· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked 3 minutes after class start time for safety.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & RSVP ACCEPTANCE - ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK:

· Spots are limited so that we can ensure enough space – preregistration is required – no walk-ins.

· Face masks are optional – if you feel more comfortable, you are welcome to wear one.

· Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow to sit/lie on – props are not provided.

· Spacing is not at 6 feet apart but as staggered as possible.
