Sound Studio Etiquette: Guidelines for a Peaceful Practice​

​

  • College Students Must Show a Valid College ID:  College students are required to present a valid college ID that matches the registered name at check-in. This ensures eligibility for any student discounts or promotions. 

​​

  • Shoe-Free Space**: Please remove your shoes before entering the studio practice space.

​

  • Cell Phone Etiquette: Turn off or switch your cell phone to silent mode before entering the studio. Please refrain from using your phone during events.

​

  • Respect for Sound Bath Instruments: We ask that you refrain from touching the sound bath instruments.

​

  • Timeliness: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in. 

​

  • Studio Doors Locked 3 Minutes After Start Time: Please arrive on time to avoid being locked out and to create a serene atmosphere for all participants.

​

  • Silence During Sound Bath: Please maintain silence throughout the session. This allows for deep relaxation and meditation.

​

  • Distraction-Free Sound Bath: We ask that you refrain from performing yoga poses or engaging in distracting stretches in your hammock.

​​

  • Refund and Attendance Policy: Please note that we have a strict no refunds or credits policy. We appreciate your understanding as it allows us to maintain consistency and fairness for all participants.
